Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items cannot be returned (see below)
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles once they have been used or removed from their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
- We will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same process as initiating a return
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
Note: You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchange item and additional shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used candles or candle holders with signs of use
- Items not in their original condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
