Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently do not ship to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hush and Home purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please follow our simple returns process below.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used candles or candle holders showing signs of use
- Items not in their original condition
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Return an Item

- Package the item securely (original packaging preferred)
- Ship the item to the address provided
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:

- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement
Note: You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the exchange item and additional shipping costs.
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
